Terms of Service.

You must be 18 or older to create a DINO account and to attend a night. Venues may ask for photo ID, and we may cancel a booking without refund if the age requirement is not met.

One account per person. You are responsible for everything that happens on your account.

A night is booked by buying a ticket at the price shown at checkout, in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never store your card details.

A membership renews automatically for the period you chose until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from your profile; you keep access until the end of the period already paid for. Members may bring up to two guests per night, subject to available seats.

Prices can change for future purchases. A change never affects a night you have already paid for.

You can cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the start time and the seat is released. Within 24 hours the ticket is non-refundable, because your table, seats and game have already been reserved with the venue.

If DINO cancels a night, you are refunded in full or moved to another night, your choice. Repeated no-shows may lead us to pause your account so seats stay available for people who show up.

Partner venues are independent businesses. Food, drinks and anything else you order there are a contract between you and the venue, and you follow the venue's own house rules while you are there.

You attend at your own risk and are responsible for your own behaviour, including your consumption of alcohol. Drinking is never part of the game: every night can be played alcohol-free, and venue staff may refuse service at their discretion. To the extent permitted by law, DINO is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from your attendance or from the conduct of other guests.

Our Code of Conduct is part of these terms. Harassment, discrimination, threats or unwanted advances end your participation immediately, without refund, and can result in a permanent ban.

DINO is not a dating service and must not be used to recruit, sell or promote anything at a table.

You can delete your account at any time from your profile. Some records, such as payment receipts, are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.

The DINO name, logo, game formats and site content belong to DINO. Please don't copy or resell them.

We may update these terms; the date at the top always shows the current version, and material changes are announced by email. Questions go to team@dino.global.
